As a reminder, VIM regular office hours are Monday through Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., except on Wednesdays, when we open at 10:00 a.m. NVC regular office hours are Monday through Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., except on Wednesdays when we open at 10:00 a.m.

As always, if you need after hours assistance you may contact our on-call staff at 336.601.3664, Monday through Thursday from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m., and Friday through Sunday from 8:00 a.m. through 9:00 p.m.

As a small, independent practice, we do not have a dedicated telephone operator. Due to the volume of calls we receive on a daily basis, we have implemented an automated system. It truly does help us serve you best. Please take a moment to listen to the greeting if you are uncertain of what extension you need to reach.

We cannot respond via email to personal medical questions, and cannot provide individualized advice about specific conditions without an office visit. Emails of a medical nature from established patients will be addressed by phone, and will most likely require an office visit.
